Synopsis

Part 1: Vacationing on a southern island, Him bitterly recalls being beaten by the Spunky Edo Girls. Through the black powder still in New Townsville, info on the Powerpuff Z's true identities reaches him. To defeat them, Him possesses Octi — Miyako's beloved octopus plush — with black powder. Octi goes to school with Miyako, sullies Momoko's gym uniform to frame Miyako, eats Momoko's and Miyako's lunches to throw blame on Kaoru, and turns the three against each other. Then Mojo, egged on by Him, attacks, and the Powerpuff Z mobilize. Part 2: Without teamwork, the Z are crushed by the Mojo Robo. Professor Utonium saves them by a hair, but Mojo thinks he won, attacks Mayor and becomes Mayor himself, shutting down the lab. Octi then reveals himself, dismisses Mojo as no longer useful, and grows huge. Realizing it was all Octi controlled by Him, they try to fight, but Bubbles can't bring herself to attack Octi and is captured. Her tears of wanting back the cute plush separate the black powder from Octi: Him's scheme fails, and the three make up.
