Here He Comes!! The Sniper from Akita

Synopsis

The mission to find new Shinkalion drivers from across Japan begins. Heading to Akita City, Akita Prefecture, where the first candidate is said to be, Hayato gets lost, slips on the snow he's not used to, and is helped up by a cool boy named "Oga Akita." The two part on the spot without much fuss, but when Hayato boards the "Series E6 Komachi" for the ride home, by sheer coincidence, his seat is right next to the same boy's.
