Synopsis
The Mechanical Beast Devil Chief A7 attacks a prisoner transport, and a vicious escaped killer takes refuge inside the Photon Power Laboratory. Count Brocken's plan was to let him hole up there before launching the attack. With no resistance, Devil Chief A7 sets out to destroy Mazinger Z, which can't be deployed. The one who saves the day is Misato, who happened to be helping at the lab. Using a helicopter, she succeeds in restraining the killer. Despite his wounds, Koji sends Mazinger Z into action.
