Synopsis

Mysterious acts of destruction break out one after another around the world. In every case the method is baffling, beyond anything human strength could manage, and the targets are facilities that breed crime. Among the victims are not only those steeped in evil but countless children dragged into the criminal world. Rushing to a drug factory under attack, 009/Joe Shimamura runs into a man. Declaring that evil and the weak exploited by that evil are equally guilty, the man slaughters everyone present, and when Joe tries to stop him, dismisses him as "naive." Then the man says: "I'm 009 too."
