Ep. 86
The Devils Ball
📅 July 25, 1971🕐 25 min
Synopsis
Fujimi struggles against Aoba's Yamamoto's new spike. The opening rainy scene is symbolic. Elsewhere, a colorful explosion of sparks when Kozue opens a letter from Yushima, and phantom appearances of Yamamoto and Yushima before Kozue reflect her unstable emotions. These experimental expressions are typical of traditional anime and make for compelling viewing.
