Synopsis
After working hard, Perman #1 returns home to find a cryptic message from Birdman and a mysterious meter. It's a Perman Power meter that measures remaining power—if it reaches zero, they'll be disqualified as Perman. Convinced of this, Perman #1 and friends come up with a plan to conserve their power.
