Synopsis
Mitsuo suddenly starts training his arm strength. Actually, he's upset about losing an arm wrestling match to Perman #3. Then Kabasub and others invite him to fly kites. Kabasub sends fighting kites at Mitsuo, but Mitsuo defeats them all.
