Synopsis
Miyo-chan's father gets transferred to Hokkaido. Unwilling to transfer schools, she refuses to go with her family and insists on staying in Tokyo alone. Wanting to help her avoid transfer, Eiichi creates the "Alternate Attendance Duty"—a device allowing her to attend school while her family moves away.
