Grandpa Runs Away From Home

Synopsis

Maruko goes out on an errand with Grandpa and finds an injured sparrow on the roadside, deciding to take care of it until it heals. She names it Chunta, and Grandpa agrees to look after it during the day while she's at school. When Grandpa builds a feeder and tries to put Chunta in the birdcage, the little bird darts straight out the door and flies off into the sky.
