Synopsis
Laura's family and the Ham-Hams visit Emi-chan's house, surrounded by a huge sunflower field. Today is the "Sunflower Festival." Laura and Emi-chan have a happy reunion, but Emi-chan looks down: her dad is too busy with the festival to play with her. When everyone heads over to the festival, Emi-chan perks back up—there are balloon rides! But her dad, who's working at the balloon stand, won't let her on, and a fuming Emi-chan storms off.
