Synopsis
To get revenge on Arale, Mashirito completes Caramel Man 4 — a robot with the same internal structure as Arale! On Mashirito's orders, Caramel Man 4 heads to Penguin Village, where one look at Arale is enough for him to fall head-over-heels for her. (C) Akira Toriyama / Shueisha · Toei Animation
