Mom's at a department store in the city with Mizushima shopping for Dad's clothes. A young sales clerk helps them. Mom asks for a "chokki"—an old-fashioned vest. The clerk looks confused. "A chokki! You know?" Mom insists, then adds "turtleneck sweater" (also an old term). The clerk's still lost...
