Favor Is Not for Kindness?

Synopsis

At the breakfast table, Mom, Mikan, and Yuzuhiko reach for the last sausage at the same time. Yuzuhiko hesitates, but Mikan grabs it. Yuzuhiko insists on the proverb 'Kindness is not for others' and asks her to share. But Mikan argues that if kindness isn't for helping others, she shouldn't share. Even when told she's misinterpreting it, Mikan won't believe it, and Mom doesn't know the answer either.
