Sakana ga Boat ni Daihenshin

Synopsis

Boasting about his French-manufactured carp windsock, Suneo deflates when windlessness causes it to hang limply from its stand, impressing no one. Upon witnessing Nobita's carp dancing vibrantly through the sky, Suneo discovers Doraemon used energy-boosting food—a special gadget that revitalizes any fish. Jealous, Suneo feeds his carp excessive amounts of the energy-boosting food. The overenergized carp becomes wild, breaking free from Suneo's rooftop and escaping into the neighborhood. The runaway carp creates chaos throughout the town, leaving Suneo desperately pursuing his escaped prize possession.
