Synopsis

While sweeping, Nobita notices a man throwing used tissues on the street. 'Don't litter!' he calls out. But the man snaps, 'A kid telling an adult? How rude!' Nobita goes silent in fear. Hearing this, Doraemon rages and produces the 'Adult-Scolding Armband'—it lets children scold misbehaving adults. Wearing it, Nobita confronts the littering man again. Seeing the armband, the man prostrates and apologizes profusely! Emboldened, Nobita corrects multiple rude adults. Shizuka praises his courage. When Suneo asks him to scold Suneo's easily-angered mom…!?
